Job Summary
Working part-time remotely, the Staff Scheduling Associate will manage staffing and scheduling adjustments for nursing units, ensuring appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios while providing customer service support to caregivers during night shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and communicate staffing and scheduling adjustments to meet operational needs
- Generate and review 24-hour staffing projections and seek coverage for shifts
