Staff Scientist in Pennsylvania

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Scientist for the Program Evaluation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in rigorous evaluations of programs aimed at improving patient health and efficiency
• Coordinate with team members and contribute to study design, data analysis, and dissemination of results
• Engage in literature searches, grant applications, and manuscript preparation for publication

Required Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in economics, public health, biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related field is strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in managing research projects
• Experience using statistical software, preferably R
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Experience with non-randomized evaluation techniques in a healthcare setting
