Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Scrum Master & Agile Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Enable teams to execute strategic plans by coordinating efforts of cross-functional members and third-party contractors
Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices, facilitating all Agile events effectively
Track and ensure closure of remediation work, including security vulnerabilities and audit items

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree
Scrum Master certification required
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in the Medical Device industry and familiarity with FDA regulations is a plus
Experience supporting cybersecurity or remediation-driven work preferred
