Staff Security Analyst

Job Summary

Proactively analyzing complex security issues, the full-time Staff Security Analyst will build and execute compliance strategies, drive customer engagement, and lead security reviews in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze security issues using multiple data sources to identify problems and define strategies
• Drive customer engagement for high-impact issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve escalations
• Lead large-scale security and architectural reviews, ensuring best practices for security architecture and design

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security analysis, cyber security, or related fields, or equivalent education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in roles with large enterprise or highly regulated customer interactions
• Experience executing activities along the full audit life cycle for regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record in designing and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively
