Staff Security Analyst I

Job Summary

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the full-time Staff Security Analyst I will manage IT and security control assessments, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate audit activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support internal IT and security control assessments aligned with best practice standards and frameworks
• Prepare control owners for audit participation and manage internal and external audit activities
• Regularly communicate compliance posture to stakeholders and drive remediation activities for identified control deficiencies

Required qualifications

• 5 years of information security compliance or IT audit experience
• Solid understanding of IT and security control frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC1, SOC2)
• Experience performing end-to-end IT and security control testing and remediation tracking
• Familiarity with cloud security practices and the shared responsibility model
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
