Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience with enterprise SaaS and cloud agreements
• Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise IT landscape, including security implications of SaaS and cloud computing
• Strong inclination towards teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
