Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Security Engineer to enhance its security posture across products and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and strategy for cloud-based infrastructure and applications
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities and collaborate with engineering teams for risk mitigation
• Investigate security incidents and refine detection and prevention capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or application security
• Deep expertise in securing cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of security principles, including encryption and identity management
• Experience with DevSecOps and automating security testing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
