Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for the Security Incident Response Program
• Lead security incident response efforts from identification to post-incident retrospective
• Serve as incident commander during large-scale security incidents

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Detection and Response engineering
• Experience in an engineering-focused cloud environment (AWS, EKS preferred)
• Demonstrated experience with common Sec Ops tooling (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike)
• Proficiency in programming for automation (Python & Terraform preferred)
• Ability to lead large projects and work with cross-functional stakeholders
