Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement security solutions focusing on automation and resilience
• Build tools for self-service and automation to identify and mitigate application security risks
• Collaborate with SecOps and DevOps teams to enhance threat detection and infrastructure security

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Staff Security Engineer in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure), identity management, and HIPAA regulations
• Diverse experience with application security tooling including code review and penetration testing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or similar)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, IT, compliance, and leadership teams
