Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Security Engineer, Red Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Red Team exercises across multiple environments and teams
• Plan and execute adversary simulations to assess security opportunities and response capabilities
• Develop custom tools and collaborate with Blue Teams to address emerging threats

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Red Teaming and Purple Teaming
• Deep understanding of adversary mindsets and advanced persistent threats
• Strong experience with multi-platform and cloud exploitation
• Proficiency in one of Kotlin, Java, Python, Powershell, or Golang
• Experience with Command and Control frameworks and security operations frameworks
