Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design, development, and operation of security services, the full-time Staff Security Engineer will build and maintain core security products while partnering cross-functionally to embed secure design practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain security products including Remote Access Management and Access Control
• Collaborate with various teams to create actionable feedback for secure product and infrastructure development
• Manage the lifecycle of security product feature requests from triage to implementation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering within information security or infrastructure engineering
• Proven track record of improving infrastructure security posture
• Strong technical experience in distributed systems and platforms using languages like Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Golang
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure management, particularly in AWS and GCP
• Experience with infrastructure as code tooling, specifically Terraform
