Staff Security Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the technical direction for AI Security Product Engineering, the full-time remote Staff Security Engineer, Proactive Security will collaborate cross-functionally to build proactive security controls and execute vulnerability discovery initiatives within the AI domain.
Key responsibilities
- Co-lead the technical direction and roadmap for secure AI Security Product development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement proactive security controls in AI products
- Mentor junior engineers and establish standards for operational excellence in security engineering
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Security Product Engineer in an Internet-scale organization
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Security Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience securing LLM or agentic systems
- Proficiency in one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Go, Java)
- Demonstrated technical leadership in designing scalable security controls and threat modeling
