To support a growing technology team, the full-time Staff Security Engineer will design, implement, and maintain security services remotely, focusing on data security and automation while collaborating across various teams to enhance the organization's digital security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive security strategies and solutions
- Design and deploy advanced security controls to protect business data
- Mentor new engineers and uphold high standards for security processes in engineering
Required qualifications
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software or security engineering within Cloud Native environments
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms and data architectures
- Deep experience with Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) focused areas
- Proficiency in Python (or a similar language) and regex patterns for automation
