Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Security Operations Engineer to define and lead its next-generation security operations program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for detection and response, including platform and architecture decisions
• Build and mature the security observability platform, partnering with data teams for scalability
• Drive continuous validation of detection effectiveness and own end-to-end incident response

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on security operations or detection engineering experience
• Experience building AI-powered security workflows in production
• Deep AWS experience with the ability to investigate cloud incidents end-to-end
• Proven experience designing and implementing incident response processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
