Staff Security Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a senior technical leader, the full-time remote Staff Security Software Engineer will set standards for securing AI and ML capabilities, lead red team engagements, conduct security architecture reviews, and build security tooling for AI workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI red team engagements and design adversarial attack scenarios against production AI systems
• Conduct security architecture reviews for complex AI features and partner with engineering teams to identify security risks early
• Design and build automated AI security testing tooling and drive cross-team remediation for significant AI security findings

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in offensive security, AI/ML security research, or product security engineering
• Subject matter expert in at least two AI security domains such as LLM security or AI data governance
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute adversarial attacks against production AI systems
• Deep understanding of AI/ML platform architecture and experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficient in Python and able to read and analyze ML model code and API serving code
