Staff ServiceNow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the strategic development of a ServiceNow platform for over 6,000 users, the full-time remote Staff ServiceNow Engineer will architect scalable solutions, mentor team members, and drive complex initiatives while serving as the top-tier technical escalation point.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on the ServiceNow platform strategy to ensure secure and maintainable solutions for high-priority initiatives
• Lead the development and execution of complex, platform-wide initiatives from design through implementation
• Mentor engineers and facilitate code and architecture reviews to enhance team capabilities

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including advanced scripting and custom application development
• Extensive experience with multi-system integrations (REST/SOAP) and enterprise-grade data models
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React
• 7+ years of progressive ServiceNow development experience, including leading large-scale initiatives
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
