Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SREs while collaborating with TechOps/Security on security best practices
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability
• Develop monitoring systems and automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience as a Staff SRE or similar role with a focus on infrastructure and DevOps
• Proficiency in AWS and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python) with knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
