Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, Telecom & SMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of reliability strategies for SMS infrastructure, focusing on automation, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Serve as the technical point of contact between the company and telecom providers and aggregators
- Proactively analyze, monitor, and report on messaging operations performance to assess reliability and maintainability
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience with telecom and SMS infrastructure
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Deep understanding of SMS and MMS protocols, as well as SIP and RTP
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
