Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead AI enablement across its engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for embedding AI-native tools and practices into the software development lifecycle
• Evaluate, build, or adopt AI-powered tools to improve code quality and reduce review cycle times
• Participate in ad-hoc support rotation, providing infrastructure guidance and troubleshooting for engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Development roles
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and building AI/LLM-powered developer tools
• Proficiency in Go or Python, with experience in building production-grade automation or tooling
• Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, and container orchestration platforms like ECS or Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of observability practices including system metrics and distributed tracing
