Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead AI enablement across its engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement AI enablement strategies and standards for development processes
• Evaluate, build, or adopt AI-powered tools to enhance code quality and developer productivity
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide infrastructure guidance to engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and building AI-powered developer tools
• Proficiency in Go or Python, with experience in production-grade automation
• Strong experience with AWS and Terraform, along with container orchestration platforms
• Solid understanding of observability practices and CI/CD tools
