Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve challenging issues related to performance and instance availability
• Serve as the last point of escalation within the technical support department and mentor junior team members
• Work outside of normal business hours as needed, including evenings and weekends

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and Java
• Experience in one or more scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
• Advanced Unix/Linux experience and knowledge of web application stack components
