Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and technical vision for the infrastructure of a cutting-edge cyber range platform, the full-time Staff Site Reliability Engineer will provide technical leadership, drive automation frameworks, and enhance system reliability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect infrastructure strategies for secure and repeatable deployments across various environments
• Lead the evolution of CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms, improving developer velocity through advanced application packaging and configuration management
• Define and govern Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to balance feature delivery with platform stability

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability, Platform, or DevOps engineering at a senior level
• Deep software engineering skills with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Go, Python)
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and configuration management tools such as Jsonnet and Grafana Tanka
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows at an enterprise scale
• Strong background in infrastructure security architecture and compliance for regulated environments
