Job Summary

Seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for a full-time hybrid position responsible for building and improving the infrastructure and security foundations that support healthcare delivery, ensuring system reliability, and automating operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance infrastructure for patient care and clinician operations
• Improve reliability across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes through scripting and tooling

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in site reliability, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Proficiency in cloud environments, particularly AWS and/or GCP
• Experience with infrastructure as code, ideally using Terraform
• Strong background in automation using scripting languages like Python or Bash
• Experience improving observability and incident response practices
