Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on maintaining a highly available cloud infrastructure, the full-time Staff Site Reliability Engineer will automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform and evolve system performance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a highly available cloud infrastructure edge for the identity platform
• Automate AWS infrastructure with Terraform and/or Chef
• Introduce changes to improve system efficiency, scalability, and velocity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of operations experience in cloud application and infrastructure management
• 8+ years of experience administering Linux environments and debugging systems-level issues
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing, and DNS protocols
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Golang, or similar programming languages
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
