Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of a blockchain platform, the full-time Staff Site Reliability Engineer will design, build, and operate distributed systems in multiple public cloud environments, focusing on reliability, performance, and automation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and scale production blockchain infrastructure across various networks, ensuring high availability and security
• Design and maintain Kubernetes platforms with an emphasis on automation and self-healing capabilities
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code to optimize engineering productivity and deployment workflows

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, preferably with cloud-native platforms
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including Helm and observability tooling
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and managing distributed systems in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and communicate effectively across engineering teams
