Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Gen AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable applications and workflows within the platform, focusing on Go-To-Market use cases
Leverage AIA Studio to orchestrate AI workflows and integrate machine learning models
Design AI-powered systems for contextual insights and automation in sales and marketing processes

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software development experience with a focus on system design and cloud engineering
Experience building enterprise applications on the platform, including scripting and integration
Strong familiarity with AIA Studio for creating intelligent automation flows
Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, and Knowledge Graphs
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with cloud platforms
