Staff Software Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of new platform capabilities, the full-time remote Staff Software Developer will collaborate in an agile environment to build and maintain services that drive the Federated GraphQL API and enhance customer-facing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver new platform capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain key services for the Federated GraphQL API and support regulatory compliance tooling
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code quality and architectural standards across the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures and algorithms
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with distributed systems and high-throughput domains such as gaming or financial services
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Elixir, Java, Rust, and TypeScript
