Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Staff Software Developer specializing in Operations Research, this remote position will involve investigating novel optimization techniques, translating supply chain management use cases into mathematical models, and leading the design and implementation of these models.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and develop algorithms to optimize supply chain processes
• Translate real-world supply chain scenarios into mathematical models and lead their implementation
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software robustness

Required qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in delivering commercial software
• Proficiency in C++ and experience with object-oriented design and design patterns
• Experience in creating mathematical models for optimization problems and knowledge of commercial solvers like Gurobi or CPLEX
• Ability to design and develop automated test scripts for various testing types using relevant frameworks
