Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable cloud-native services and CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex distributed system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps
• Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience in enterprise/web/cloud applications
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka
• 3+ years of experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• 3+ years of technical lead experience in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
