Staff Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Driving AI-enabled transformation across quality engineering, the full-time Staff Software Development Engineer in Test will architect and enhance automation frameworks, define quality roadmaps, and mentor team members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI Enablement strategy for QA, owning scalable projects and introducing new capabilities
• Architect, build, and improve quality automation frameworks, identifying opportunities for future enhancements
• Mentor QA team members towards AI-enabled and automation-first workflows, improving overall quality metrics

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, quality assurance, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven expertise in test automation and a strong understanding of quality as a platform problem
• Strong full-stack coding and infrastructure fundamentals, capable of delivering solutions independently
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI transformation initiatives within quality engineering
• Exceptional communication skills with a capacity for cross-functional influence at a staff level
