Staff Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff SDET.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites across the tech stack, guiding SDETs in functional areas
• Contribute to tool analysis and implement best practices for coding guidelines and CI/CD processes
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6 years with an advanced degree
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Expertise in full stack open source testing tools and test automation frameworks
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and relational/non-relational databases
