Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define technical direction, develop innovative solutions, and lead hands-on development
- Lead code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate new technologies
- Ensure scalability, refactor codebase, provide technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proficiency in React, Java, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and SQL
- Experience with cloud services, REST APIs, data pipelines, and agile methodologies
- Preferably experience in healthcare or digital health
