Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications using GCP technologies
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
• Architect and implement production-grade applications and systems, including RAG systems and custom tools

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant software development experience, focusing on backend development
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and agentic development
• Expertise in Python and proficiency in Golang or Node.js
• Experience with cloud-native backend development and scalable microservices using Google Cloud
• Strong architectural thinking and experience with automated testing
