Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join the platform team in a full-time remote role, responsible for processing, storing, and delivering health records while ensuring low latency and high availability for core data services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and internal users to meet customer needs
• Iteratively prototype and develop new functionality in partnership with team members
• Provide technical leadership in the architecture and design of systems

Required qualifications

• Experience with scalable and cost-efficient data services
• Proficiency in backend service development using Go
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Big Query
• Experience with deployment technologies and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and collaborate effectively
