Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to level up team members and build high-performance teams
Lead the transition to Service Oriented Architecture and improve platform and developer experience
Contribute to code quality initiatives, complex workflow development, and mentorship across the company

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience with modern web application frameworks, preferably React
Experience with server-side MVC frameworks, SQL database schema design, and Linux clusters
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred experience in Python, Java, C++, or C#
