Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data and ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the team's long-term vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing
• Architect and build ML infrastructure while mentoring and developing engineers on the team

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in CS/EE, or equivalent experience, or 6+ years with a PhD
• Strong knowledge of architecture and common design patterns
• Experience running data processing pipelines in production using frameworks like Apache Spark or Flink
• Experience working on end-to-end Machine Learning products
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various engineering and product teams
