Staff Software Engineer

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in leading or mentoring a team of 5+
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a full stack developer
• Proficiency in C#, React, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)
• Experience with scalable cloud-native architecture and mentoring junior developers
