Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of the integrations platform for scalability and performance
• Design reusable integration patterns to minimize custom development and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with healthcare security regulations while optimizing platform performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years in software development, with experience in scalable PaaS-based integrations platforms
• Deep expertise in designing integration platforms for high-volume data streams in healthcare
• Proficiency in Java (Spring), Kafka, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7) and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
