Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience focused on backend systems
• Experience as a technical leader in a remote environment
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing search solutions, preferably with OpenSearch
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Elixir, NodeJS, or Python
