Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of the Platform Engineering team and collaborate on technology choices
• Design, implement, and maintain secure and highly available platform applications and services
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on modern development practices and system design

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend Software Engineering
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, Typescript, and React
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Docker Swarm or Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis
