Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Patient Growth (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth team in building scalable systems for patient and provider enrollment
• Drive technical strategy and execution across user-visible surfaces such as marketing sites and automation systems
• Shape architecture and engineering standards while collaborating with Product, Design, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with scalable, production-ready systems
• Strong back-end focused full-stack experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and languages like Java, TypeScript, or Go
• Hands-on experience with microservice or event-based architectures
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects across teams
• Experience mentoring engineers and defining scalable design patterns
