Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead development efforts for the Growth team within their Pharmacy Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding of new clients and provide technical support to stakeholders
Design and manage complex workflows to support pharmacy operations and patient engagement
Architect scalable backend systems for the Pharmacy Platform, ensuring reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in health-tech
Deep knowledge of workflow engines and scalable architectures
Proficiency in Golang and Python, with experience in building APIs and backend services
Experience with databases like PostgresDB or MongoDB
