Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Integrated Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, technical requirements, architecture, and implementation of new features and functionality
• Analyze data, build hypotheses, experiment, learn, and iterate to improve Integrated Knowledge Management services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build end-to-end product solutions for customer service enhancement

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of backend software development experience
• 4+ years of experience in building search, retrieval, and ranking systems, specifically Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Strong proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python)
• Experience with architectural patterns of large-scale systems and efficient algorithms
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
