Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of critical platform components.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of critical platform components from concept through deployment
Drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable cloud services and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer products and features

Required Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior role
Experience with C#, TypeScript, or Python, and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices
API-first mindset with strong instincts around system boundaries and modular design
Ability to mentor others and write clean, maintainable code
