Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of critical platform components.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of critical platform components from concept through deployment
Drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable cloud services and APIs
Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to create customer products and features

Required Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a senior role
Experience in building and shipping reliable, scalable software using C#, TypeScript, or Python
Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and microservices
Proven ability to lead by example writing clean, maintainable code and mentoring others
Experience with containerized workloads and tools like Docker and Kubernetes
