Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Product Search and Ranking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and scaling of a Product Search Service managing hundreds of millions of objects
- Design and implement complex systems and solutions while ensuring engineering excellence
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance engineering team efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Over 7 years of experience in distributed systems and software development principles
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong command of Golang, Python, and experience with embedding technologies
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and experience with model training and optimization
