Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement high-performance systems for deploying and serving large language models and multimodal AI
Design scalable infrastructure for model inference, fine-tuning, and evaluation
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and long-term AI infrastructure strategy

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in software engineering skills and design patterns
Extensive expertise in Python; optional experience in TypeScript and front-end technologies like React
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies
Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI alignment, or AI safety techniques
Background in MLOps, including model deployment pipelines and monitoring infrastructure
