Staff Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Core Platform (Ruby/Rails).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical development of features for the Portal, including UX/UI
• Lead and develop high-quality software, designs, and architecture
• Mentor and coach junior engineers while promoting collaboration within the team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing complex software products
• 6+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails
• Experience with Javascript and AWS/Azure Cloud Environments
• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure and with databases such as Postgres
• Ability to lead the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
