Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the development of scalable software systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead code/design reviews and participate in the entire application lifecycle
Write clean code, perform advanced troubleshooting, and manage environment configurations
Provide training and support to internal teams while mentoring junior engineers

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development or 6 years with an advanced degree
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong programming skills in object-oriented languages like Java or C#
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases and experience with Cloud Native Infrastructure
