Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build core platform components for the data, analytics, and AI/ML lifecycle
- Define solution architectures and reference implementations for internal platform capabilities
- Lead evaluations for components like MLOps frameworks and AI development tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on data, analytics, or ML/AI platforms
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala
- Familiarity with big data processing frameworks and modern data architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
